Academic Apparel for Faculty
Apparel is provided free of charge to participating faculty and will be shipped directly to the address that you specify.
You will receive:
- A black gown
- A hood reflecting your highest degree and the institution from which you received it
- An adjustable tam or mortarboard and the appropriate tassel
- A prepaid shipping label for returning the apparel
Returning Apparel
After the ceremony, you must return your apparel to Herff Jones using the prepaid shipping label provided. You may also reuse the shipping box. Request a missing shipping label here.
Sashes and Hoods
Hoods are received with Herff Jones apparel orders.
Sashes are provided by the campus—they will be available in and should be returned to the faculty robing area
